Château de Régagnac
France » Aquitaine » Régagnac

If you are looking for a wonderful castle, absolutely brimming whit character, tucked far from the maddening crowds, the château de Regagnac is your dream come true. The road to the castle winds through a forest and finally deadens at the’ Château de Regagnac. Go through the gates and into the courtyard that extends to a bluff and offers a sensational view out to the forested hills. Château de Regagnac ids totally furnished in family antiques – although the decor is stunning, there is a homey ambience – nothing seems stiff or formal. Some of the bedrooms are in the main part of the castle and others in across the courtyard, but it does not matter which you reserve, they are all beautiful. Serge Pardoux is a great collector : don’t miss seeing his stunning collection of lead soldiers.

Mme Pardoux is a superb cook, and with advance reservation, will prepare a gourmet meal for you, the price is not expensive, but the meal will be memorable. Serge Pardoux is the epitome of graciousness who says : "once a person walks trough the gates, he is becomes a friend, a guest in my home".
