Languedoc-Roussillon, country born from the Cathare culture. It is because many artists admire these sumptuous and large landscapes whose mountain collapses in the sea, which burns under the sun, that we could call it "the Vermeille coast". And of the gorges spout out tumultuous water, bordered of soft thermal spas like Amelie the Baths. Between sea and vines, between blue and green, a whole pallet of colour when the autumn comes. Vines which give oldest sparkle world: the Blanquette of Limoux, mix freshness and the acidity has its aromatic power. Blue for sand and the water as a testimony of the various seaside resorts of them. From Port-Barcares, Leucate, Gruissan... which spread out over kilometres to be stopped by ponds of fishing and the oysters farms.
